HEAD COOK ( Male/Female ) Qualified food knowledge and cost Min 2 yrs experience as a Head Cook in star hotel/luxury villa Passionate and up to date with food trends Professional, hard worker English speaking Good as individual and a team player Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene 2. HEAD MAINTENANCE ( Male ) Engineering Technical Specialist, A person who is results-driven and is able to provide recommendations and solutions that is sound and accurate. Min 2 yrs experience as Head/Senior Supervisor in star hotel/luxury villa Capable of organizing and leading his team in ensuring seamless, environmentally-friendly operations. Experience in project hotel/villa building or working in a five star environment would be advantage. Preferred literacy: Mechanical Electronic, Plumbing, Heat Pump/AC. Professional, Hard worker. Good as individual and a team player. 3. BUTLERS ( Male/Female ) A professional guest focused personality with Front Office, Food & Beverage Service or Housekeeping experience. He / she should demonstrate a unique ability to work as a butler in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. Experience in Similar Capacity in Luxury Villas Good communication Skills Excellent in English Good Personality Good looking and well grooming 4.
