Front Office Guest Assistants Guest Transfers Concierge Qualifications : Education, at least a Diploma 3 in tourism academy or equivalent Experience, at least 2 years in relevant field Age, up to 25 years old Posses strong communication skills both written and verbal communication Excellent English communication – written & spoken Computer literate Knowledge of PMS system ( VHP, MYOH / PYXIS / FIDELIO, etc ) Must be able to work in fast paced and high pressure environment 2. Food and Beverage F & B Service Assistants Bartender Cooks / Senior Cooks Pastry / Bakery Chef Qualifications : Education, at least a Diploma 1 in tourism academy or equivalent Experience, at least 2 years in relevant field Age, up to 25 years old Posses strong communication skills both written and verbal communication Excellent English communication for F & B Assistant and Bartender Computer literate Knowledge of PMS & POS system F&B Operation Must be able to work in fast paced and high pressure environment 3. Housekeeping Housekeeping Assistants Gardeners Qualifications : Education, at least a Diploma 1 in tourism academy or equivalent Experience, at least 2 years in relevant field Age, up to25 years old Posses strong communication skills both written and verbal Good English communication Must be able to work in fast paced and high pressure environment 4. SPA Receptionist Therapists Qualifications : Female Education, at least D1 for Receptionist and SMK for therapists in tourism school or equivalent Experience, at least 2 years in variant SPA treatments Age, up to 25 years old Posses strong communication skills both written and verbal Good English communication Good appearance Knowledge of SPA industry Must be able to work in fast paced and high pressure environment 5.
