Meja Kitchen and Bar is located in Seminyak Area in Bali. The modern concept makes Meja became the cozy one to spend your time, making friends, eat and taste the difference of rich and delicious food Cook Responsibility Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, fish and chips, sandwiches, and tacos, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. Prepare dough, following recipe. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Production or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Hostess Responsibility Make sure all menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains, and complete. Make sure entry doors are clean, free of debris and inviting. Check with phone reservationists, or answering machine messages to assure that all reservations are noted. Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations. Greets guests, escorts them to their table, pull seat out for the ladies, and present menus. Keep an eye out that the dining room & entryway Attends to guest’s queries / complaints and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons is met. Say good-bye to all of the guests. Check to see that everything was wonderful. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Waiter/Waitress Responsibility Serves patrons at banquets, special functions, or during normal daily dining room operations. Takes food and beverage orders from patrons, answers questions regarding prices, substitutions, quality or quantity of menu items, and availability of menu items. Delivers food and beverages to tables; waits on tables to insure that patrons are supplied with beverage refills or clean utensils when desired. Removes dishes and utensils; cleans and dusts tables and chairs; fills sugar, salt, and pepper containers; sweeps floors. Assists in setting up and taking down tables and chairs; places clean utensils and napkins on tables. Assists in setting up for banquets or special functions. Performs related work as required. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
