We are City Hotel in Kuta area looking for younger, energetic and highly motivated person to join pre-opening team with the following positions

FRONT OFFICE


  • Male / Female
  • Max 30 years old
  • English fluency both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantaged
  • Have 1 year experience in the same position
  • Domiciled in Bali
  • Basic computer (word, excel, power point) & internet literate
  • Well groomed as well as customer focus
  • Guest Service oriented
  • Has a positive attitude and pleasant personality 
  • Availability: working nights, weekends and public holidays


FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

  • Male / Female
  • Max 30 years old
  • English fluency both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantaged
  • Have 1 year experience in the same position
  • Domiciled in Bali
  • Basic computer (word, excel, power point) & internet literate
  • Well groomed as well as customer focus
  • Guest Service oriented
  • Good knowledge and skills in FO Department
  • Has a positive attitude and pleasant personality 
  • Able to work in team, problem solver, dynamic, and excellent communication skills
  • Experienced using VHP System (Hotel System) and Night Audit


COOK

  • Male / Female
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Western and Indonesian Food
  • Good team work, good personality, hard worker, and loyal
  • Creative and well organized


CHEF DE PARTIE

  • Male / Female
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Able to handling day to day kitchen operational
  • Able to controlling kitchen cost
  • Having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served
  • Good organizations & communication skills
  • High motivation to work, Energetic and Dynamic
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
  • Excellent computer literate
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible long working hours


EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

  • Male
  • Max 35 years old
  • Previous Executive Sous Chef experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and a passion for food preparation and presentation
  • Strong kitchen leadership and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for maintaining hygiene, detail in operation and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure a smooth day to day operation of the kitchen brigade
  • Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be focused on proficient delivering quality customer experiences and services
  • Computer literate
  • Domiciled in Bali
  • Good command of English both written & spoken
