Account Executive Vacancy

In order to support its growing operation, Asia World Indonesia, a Preferred Virtuoso On-Site and Destination Management Company, based in Suwung Denpasar is looking for the following candidates:

Job Title:                      Account Executive (MICE and Cruises)
Reporting to:               General Manager
Location:                     Bali, Suwung, Denpasar

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily correspondence with suppliers such as hotels or event organizers, clients and travel agents / tour operators in a timely manner
• Prepare detailed MICE proposals including itinerary and costing based on client's preferences
• Liaise with various departments to ensure the MICE movement is professionally executed
• Maintain a good product knowledge of various of convention centers and hotels within Indonesia
• Travel within Indonesia

The potential candidate should:

• Hold minimum a Diploma III degree from any reputable University in Indonesia
• Have previous experience in a similar position within a renowned Destination Management Company or Travel Agency
• Have excellent command of English as in writing and spoken, any other language is a plus
• Have profound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Be well organized, well travelled within Indonesia
• Have preferably a driving license
