Maya Ubud Resort & Spa open vacancy for  ‘SENIOR SOUS CHEF

Qualification :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in 5 star hotels/reputable restaurants.
  • Passionate and up to date with food trends
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
  • Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
  • Preparing and managing buffet banquets at least for 50-100 guest
  • Good people management and communication skills
