7. HR Officer

Requirements for Assistant and Supervisor level

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
• Minimum two years experience in the same position
• Good performance, Dynamic and self motivated
• Computer literate and proficiency in English
• Able to work under pressure and flexible long working hours
• Outgoing & proactive
• Detail person, focus on high quality standards
• Strong managerial & leadership skill
• Guest Service Oriented
• Analytical, able to make effective strategies & action plans to meet target

Requirements for rank and file
