    Able to controlling kitchen cost
    Having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served
    Good organizations & communication skills
    High motivation to work, Energetic and Dynamic
    Fluent in English
    Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
    Excellent computer literate
    Able to work under pressure and flexible long working hours



WAITER / WAITRESS

    Male / Female
    Max. 30 years old
    Bubbly Personality, matured, innovative and creative.
    Guest service oriented
    Fluent in English both written and oral.
    Good team work, friendly & outgoing personality, hardworking



RESTAURANT MANAGER

    Male / Female
    Max 35 years old
    Guest Service oriented
    Great at managing and leading people
    Excellent organization & communication skills
    High motivation to work, Energetic and Dynamic
    Fluent in English is a must
    Able to work under pressure



FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

    Male / Female
    Max 30 years old
    English fluency both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantaged
    Have 1 year experience in the same position
    Domiciled in Bali
    Basic computer (word, excel, power point) & internet literate
    Well groomed as well as customer focus
    Guest Service oriented
    Good knowledge and skills in FO Department
    Has a positive attitude and pleasant personality
    Able to work in team, problem solver, dynamic, and excellent communication skills
    Experienced using VHP System (Hotel System) and Night Audit
